Louise Williams is a baker who appeared in Series 7 of The Great British Bake Off.
Originally from Merthyr Tydfil, hairdresser Louise lives with her fiancé Simon in Cardiff. The Welsh hairdresser discovered her passion for baking 10 years ago once she started making cakes for charity bake sales at work. Louise’s passions in the kitchen are decorating her cakes with elaborate designs and experimenting with different bread flours, interests that are reflected in her Instagram posts.
When she’s not baking for family and friends she loves being outdoors and has completed various mountain walks, most notably a four-day trek around the Andes.
