Luis Troyano was a baker who appeared in Series 5 of The Great British Bake Off.
Luis Troyano was born and raised in Stockport. His parents are from Spain, and Spanish influence is apparent in Luis's bakes.
Luis met his wife in college when they were 17. They became engaged at age 21 and married 14 years later in Las Vegas.
He is trained as a graphic designer. Besides baking, his hobbies are playing ukulele, making model airplanes and bee keeping.
