Born in North London, Candice grew up in the pubs her parents ran. She now lives in Bedfordshire with her boyfriend Liam and their pug Dennis. The amateur baker has a degree in Sport, PE and Community Studies and teaches PE at a secondary school. Candice loves everything vintage and was taught to bake by her beloved Nan.

Candice made an impression in the first episode of Series 7 when she threw a disastrous bake against the tent window.[1]


On Cake week Candice made a Drizzle Cake (Signature) 12 Jaffa Cakes (Technical) and a Mirror Glaze Cake (Showstopper). Biscuit week came along and Candice made 24 Iced Biscuits (Signature) 12 Viennese Whirls (Technical) and a Gingerbread 3D Scene (Showstopper). Candice got Star Baker then. Bread week was happening already and she made a Chocolate Loaf (Signature) Dampfnudel (Technical) and a Savoury Braided Centerpiece (Showstopper). Then came Batter Week. She made Filled Yorkshire Puddings (Signature) 12 Heart-Shaped Lace Pancakes (Technical) and Churros (Showstopper). Pastry Week whizzed along quickly as she made 24 Breakfast Pastries (Signature) Bakewell Tart (Technical) and 48 Filo-Amuse Bouche (Showstopper) and won Star Baker. Then came Botanical Week she made Citrus Meringue Pie (Signature) 2 Herb Fougasse (Technical) and a Three-Tier Flower Cake. Desert Week came along with a rocket ship. Candice made a Family-Sized Roulade (Signature) Marjolaine (Technical) and 24 Mini Mousse Cakes (Showstopper). Going to 1516 Tudor Week came next when she made Shaped Savoury Pies (Signature) 12 Jumbles (Technical) and a 3D Marchpane Cake (Showstopper).Marchpane means Marzipan. Candice was Star Baker. Patisserie Week came and they made 24 Savoury Palmiers (Signature) Savarin (Technical) and 36 Fondant Fancies (Showstopper). The Final came and went she made Meringue Crrowns (Signature) Victoria Sandwich (Technical) and Picnics (Showstopper). Candice was winner
